Specialist Event Health & Safety Support

Safer events, delivered together.

EEP Safety works alongside event organisers to review plans and documentation, support compliance and provide experienced on-site safety personnel for exhibitions, conferences, outdoor events and major live environments.

Services

Specialist support before and during live delivery.

Every event is different, so each proposal is shaped around the venue, programme, organiser requirements and the level of support needed.

Sectors

Built around real event environments.

EEP Safety supports the organiser and wider event team within its specialist health and safety remit.

Why EEP

Resolve issues before they reach the show floor.

Earlier issue detection

Correcting a drawing, submission or document is faster and less expensive than correcting a problem after people, materials and equipment are already on site.

Clearer coordination

EEP Safety helps organisers, venues, exhibitors and contractors understand what is needed and where decisions need to be made.

Constructive support

The aim is practical, compliant delivery without unnecessary friction. The team works alongside people, not against them.

About

Safety support that works with the pace of events.

EEP Safety provides event and exhibition health and safety support for organisers, venues and exhibitors. The team helps review plans and documentation, coordinate safety requirements on site, and support event teams during build-up, open periods and breakdown.

The focus is clear communication, proportionate advice and calm operational support. For organisers, that means fewer loose ends before doors open. For exhibitors and contractors, it means clearer expectations. For venues, it means safety activity that supports the event rather than slowing it down.

Pre-event review

Stand plans, technical submissions and event paperwork can be checked while there is still time to resolve issues.

On-site support

Safety officers and floor managers can support contractor coordination, live decisions and practical issue resolution.

Event days

Visible support helps teams manage public-facing environments and keep communication moving.

Experience & Clients

Recognisable event environments.

Selected organisers, exhibitions and specialist event environments associated with EEP Safety project materials. References should be treated as experience context rather than a current-client claim unless confirmed by Liz.

Testimonials

Trusted by event teams when practical support matters.

“Jafter was superb onsite - we really needed someone to help with Welfare (due to the extreme heat) and also to keep an eye on the wind ratings along with his general H&S duties. He carried out all of this with his typical enthusiastic manner, and he was an absolute pleasure to have onsite - please send our thanks to him for a fantastic job.”
